Narrative:

The B767-300 aircraft was signed off after an 'a' check prior to our ferry flight ZZZ-ZZZ1. I did a walkaround and noticed no problems other than position light which was written up before flight. Flew to ZZZ1 with problems. Again; I and mechanic did a walk around with no problems noted. Just as we were about to call for engine start; the ground crew made us aware that we had two flat tires on the left main gear. These flat tires weren't noticed until the plane was loaded heavily with all 200 passengers and 15 tons of cargo. Mechanic then checked pressure in tires; only to find out that they were never serviced after being installed during the 'a' check back in ZZZ. Again;luckily the ground crew noticed the flats prior to taxi and takeoff.

Title: A First Officer and Captain report they were informed by the Ground Crew about two flat tires on the left main gear of their B767-300 just prior to a revenue flight. The same Flight Crew had just ferried the aircraft from another station where both tires had been replaced; but apparently never serviced with air.
