Narrative:

Military flight; pilot lost sight of wing man; I declared an emergency for them so I could descend the aircraft to avoid mid-air collision. Both aircraft were in close proximity to three other sectors and I considered it prudent to separate first and coordinate as soon as possible. I notified the controller in charge that I was declaring it an emergency situation. Once the second aircraft was radar identified; and pointed out to all affected sectors; I considered the emergency over.
