Narrative:

I was in an small transport. We had been cleared to land on runway 8R and advised we might see an aircraft on left base to runway 8L. We were on about a 1 mi final when tower directed small aircraft to go around. I then observed the small aircraft approaching from our left, taking evasive action. I initiated a go around, and the small aircraft passed in front and slightly below us.

Narrative: I WAS IN AN SMT. WE HAD BEEN CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 8R AND ADVISED WE MIGHT SEE AN ACFT ON LEFT BASE TO RWY 8L. WE WERE ON ABOUT A 1 MI FINAL WHEN TWR DIRECTED SMA TO GO AROUND. I THEN OBSERVED THE SMA APCHING FROM OUR LEFT, TAKING EVASIVE ACTION. I INITIATED A GO AROUND, AND THE SMA PASSED IN FRONT AND SLIGHTLY BELOW US.
