Narrative:

Departing teb on runway 24 at night in clear conditions utilizing the new SID RUUDY2; I misread the SID and thought the 1500 ft MSL hard altitude at wentz was an at or above altitude. Aircraft momentarily exceeded crossing altitude of 1500 ft MSL at wentz by 200 ft; reaching 1700 ft MSL. I started to correct back to 1500 ft and was subsequently cleared by ATC to higher altitude.
