Narrative:

I had just landed small transport on runway 2 (favored) and on rollout at about 75-80 KIAS an small aircraft was observed approaching the airport on about a 160 degree heading at about 100-150' AGL he was on a collision course with my aircraft. He was observed to make minor turns left and right while still descending slowly, but remained on a collision course. I did not feel I had sufficient runway to effect a takeoff, so all I could do was watch and continue my rollout. When the small aircraft was approximately 100-200' from my aircraft, he started to turn to align with runway 20, passing nearly over my aircraft at approximately 50' and landing behind my aircraft on runway 20. I made my turn off approximately 4000' from approach end of runway 02. The small aircraft turned off at the approach end of runway 02 simultaneously. I was in contact with FSS on advisory frequency 123.6. Small aircraft was using no radio. FSS advised that an exact similar instance had been recorded with the same small aircraft different second aircraft previously this same morning.

Title: CROP DUSTER SMA LNDG DOWNWIND OVER SMT ON ROLLOUT ATER LNDG OPPOSITE DIRECTION.

Narrative: I HAD JUST LANDED SMT ON RWY 2 (FAVORED) AND ON ROLLOUT AT ABOUT 75-80 KIAS AN SMA WAS OBSERVED APCHING THE ARPT ON ABOUT A 160 DEG HDG AT ABOUT 100-150' AGL HE WAS ON A COLLISION COURSE WITH MY ACFT. HE WAS OBSERVED TO MAKE MINOR TURNS LEFT AND RIGHT WHILE STILL DSNDING SLOWLY, BUT REMAINED ON A COLLISION COURSE. I DID NOT FEEL I HAD SUFFICIENT RWY TO EFFECT A TKOF, SO ALL I COULD DO WAS WATCH AND CONTINUE MY ROLLOUT. WHEN THE SMA WAS APPROX 100-200' FROM MY ACFT, HE STARTED TO TURN TO ALIGN WITH RWY 20, PASSING NEARLY OVER MY ACFT AT APPROX 50' AND LNDG BEHIND MY ACFT ON RWY 20. I MADE MY TURN OFF APPROX 4000' FROM APCH END OF RWY 02. THE SMA TURNED OFF AT THE APCH END OF RWY 02 SIMULTANEOUSLY. I WAS IN CONTACT WITH FSS ON ADVISORY FREQ 123.6. SMA WAS USING NO RADIO. FSS ADVISED THAT AN EXACT SIMILAR INSTANCE HAD BEEN RECORDED WITH THE SAME SMA DIFFERENT SECOND ACFT PREVIOUSLY THIS SAME MORNING.
