Narrative:

We reviewed the LNAV and VNAV requirements for the STAVV4 departure and the various altitude and speed limits associated with it. There is a speed restriction at batis which is at or below 220 KIAS. The FMC showed the restriction in the legs page but for the fixes prior to the batis intersection; the FMC showed 250KIAS - i.e. The plane if left in managed speed in VNAV would accelerate to 250 then slow to 220 at batis; the SID page shows do not exceed 220 KIAS until passing batis; but that does not sync with the FMC. It appears the FMC load may be incorrect.
