Narrative:

Accessed the flight plan package for flight; which would be through ZZZ. Then referenced the separate field and facilities available on the dispatch/weather/flight plan page of our flight planning software computer setup in the crew room. The field listed information that ZZZ had temporary takeoff data available for runway xx/yy. This data was not provided in the flight plan package for the trip. The package notices did not contain a note relating to the temperature takeoff data being available for those runways in ZZZ. I printed a copy of the temperature perf data; we used it for departure out of ZZZ. I have no idea why this discontinuity occurred. This lack of information in our flight plan package is a serious omission and relates directly to aircraft performance and obstacle/terrain clearance issues. I contacted the dispatcher assigned to our flight and detailed the lack of temperature takeoff data in the flight plan package vs. The field section of the software page. The dispatcher acknowledged the problem. We have serious; repetitive; on going issues on the line. My previous reports outline numerous issues. I have no idea how to fix these problems. Maybe hire people who know what they are doing or get people who are motivated by quality of work instead of quantity of work. Our system is so complicated with so many different areas to access for initiating a flight it is a miracle we ever get off the ground.
