Narrative:

Cargo nets were not secured prior to flight. Flight was normal from taxi to landing. When the destination ground crew opened the cargo door; they noticed most of the bags had shifted in flight and were up against the rear bulkhead of the C2 cargo area. A few bags almost fell out of the door on to the ground personnel. The station manager told me that the departure station ground crew had not secured either of the two (2) cargo nets prior to flight. The station manager noted that they didn't appear to have slipped loose in flight. There were originally 8 checked bags in C1; and 11 carry-on bags on C2. No noticeable changes in handling were noted in-flight. We landed with one unit of pitch nose down for a flaps 20 landing. We called the dispatch manager and the chief pilot upon finding out and were asked to fill out a safety report.
