Narrative:

PA24 over flight level 090 talking on my frequency. I noticed a VFR target southbound opposite direction at 89 (indicated). I advised the PA24 when the VFR target was at 12 o'clock and 5 miles. I kept giving advisories until 2 miles then I issued the PA24 a turn to 090 degrees heading and descent to 80.. The aircraft (PA24) called the VFR aircraft in sight approximately .25 mile. I monitored the VFR target maneuvering in the area and tried to raise on frequency. I finally lost the target about 5 miles east of anb at 35 in radar coverage.
