Narrative:

During cruise at FL320 ATC called out traffic to our left that was climbing to FL310. The traffic climbed through FL310 toward FL320 as ATC gave us a turn to 360 to avoid; then we had TCAS RA to climb. We climbed aprox 300' before RA stopped; and we returned to FL320 when clear of traffic.

Narrative: During cruise at FL320 ATC called out traffic to our left that was climbing to FL310. The traffic climbed through FL310 toward FL320 as ATC gave us a turn to 360 to avoid; then we had TCAS RA to climb. We climbed aprox 300' before RA stopped; and we returned to FL320 when clear of traffic.
