Narrative:

Climbing out of mia heading north; encountered moderate turbulence passing FL300. Encounter lasted approximately 10 seconds. No altitude or airspeed fluctuation noted. Climb speed was 280 KTS -- turbulence penetration speed for 737. Nothing on radar; which was displayed on both mfds. Flight attendants were in aisles and had to sit on the floor during encounter. Once clear of turbulence they resumed their service and reported no specific injuries to the captain.
