Narrative:

Once again; after my report yesterday; I am scheduled to fly another A320 and sure enough another door (assist bottle) is not properly calibrated (pressurized). This time the door pressure gauge at door 1-Left was too low and mechanics at ZZZ had to pressurize it again to proper psi. This is a chronic issue that has me alarmed to the negligence in which I find all these doors not properly calibrated. While I checked this door today; I can only imagine how many flights were (involved with) this aircraft in the air; with low pressure gauge at the door. Unfortunately it looks like an accident will have to take place for policies to be changed. I just hope the doors will work as designed if it happens.
