Narrative:

The captain was flying the aircraft with the autopilot engaged on final approach tracking the ILS (GS/localizer captured) in night IMC. While completing the landing checklist the autopilot disconnected and the aural warning 'autopilot' was heard. We confirmed that neither of us had disconnected the autopilot and attempted to re-engage it. It would not engage. At the same time; the auto-throttles advanced to full power. The navigation display no longer displayed traffic; data; airport and VOR information. The minimums on the pfd reset from 277 ft to the current flight altitude of 1777 ft. The aural warning 'minimums; minimums' was heard. We still maintained localizer/GS and flight director information. We reset our minimums to 277 ft and the captain hand flew the aircraft and landed on runway 11. We called maintenance upon reaching the gate and they advised us to write up the malfunction as a dual FMC failure.
