Narrative:

After years of fixing problems with wiring for my carrier on the docks and line; now the last 6 years in the engine shop trying to get this issue resolved; and seeing harnesses pinned wrong and connectors falling apart. I have mentioned this to many in charge; but through our production practice and people leaving the company and being told that I'm not qualified to work line or hangars. Something has to be done to fix this problem.
