Narrative:

Westover MOA active 1000 ft MSL and above. An small aircraft was handed off to us (abi approach) at 1000 ft already in the MOA IFR; west-southwestbound. I was training a developmental. We were busy so I did not notice who the handoff came from -- we just took it. I am not sure if coordination had been done; if it was actually needed depending on the sector coming from; approving flight through the MOA. We did not change the route of flight; we acknowledged the check-in and issued the altimeter.
