Narrative:

While working carrier inbounds to mem and utilizing the traffic management analysis program; I have observed other systems operations unit personnel manipulate computer data in order to reduce delays on airborne aircraft into mem. Manually assigning aircraft runways other than the runway that the flight profile is scheduled to fly; changing the matrix buffer; and constant reshuffling of the meter list without notifying ATC; in order to increase the volume of air traffic inbound to mem constantly causes the data to become so corrupt; that in order to prevent too much volume; other traffic management initiatives such as miles-in-trail; reducing all inbounds' airspeed as far away as ZDV and ZAB; and airborne holding; are being utilized to support corrupted data.
