Narrative:

On descent into ord we were given a hold at farmm intersection. We were told, 'turn left to 90 degrees, hold northwest on the 314 degree right of ord at farmm intersection.' we were using 21 and 22 (lo) chart for navigation. No hold is shown at farmm on the 21 and 22 (lo) chart. We entered and held right turns which is a standard pattern. Center came on and said we were to hold left turns as shown. We said it was not shown on the (lo) chart. Someone on the frequency stated the hold was only shown on the chicago area 10-1 chart. It would be a good idea to also show the holding patterns on the (lo) charts.
