Narrative:
The aircraft had the cvr written up in the logbook and on the MEL. The dispatch release for our flight incorrectly had the fdr on the MEL and not the cvr. The error was corrected after our arrival.

Narrative: The aircraft had the CVR written up in the logbook and on the MEL. The Dispatch Release for our flight incorrectly had the FDR on the MEL and not the CVR. The error was corrected after our arrival.
