Narrative:

Senior F/a complained of a loud air noise coming from passenger boarding door (L-1) during cruise on jnu to anc leg. All systems operating normal. In anc I called maintenance to check door seal. Maintenance said seal was checked and no discrepancies were noted. Flight continued on to sea and then lax. During anc-sea-lax legs I went back to cabin several times and no air noise was coming from the door. At the hotel in lax, copilot told me that the senior F/a was complaining to him and wondering why I had not had maintenance check it out again in lax. I told him that I wasn't aware we still had the problem. Lack of communication between senior F/a to the captain. Form was not given to the flight deck crew.
