Narrative:

Small transport X was climbing southbound from ric to chs. Large transport Y was en route to bos flying via rdu J209 orf. Small transport X was climbing to FL350. Large transport Y was level at FL330. Large transport Y turned at rdu and at that time I made the determination they would be clear. I was heavily involved with an adjoining sector vectoring traffic for ZJX to mco and the east coast of fl. Small transport X failed to clear the altitude.

Narrative: SMT X WAS CLBING SBND FROM RIC TO CHS. LGT Y WAS ENRTE TO BOS FLYING VIA RDU J209 ORF. SMT X WAS CLBING TO FL350. LGT Y WAS LEVEL AT FL330. LGT Y TURNED AT RDU AND AT THAT TIME I MADE THE DETERMINATION THEY WOULD BE CLR. I WAS HEAVILY INVOLVED WITH AN ADJOINING SECTOR VECTORING TFC FOR ZJX TO MCO AND THE E COAST OF FL. SMT X FAILED TO CLR THE ALT.
