On final for runway xx; selected gear down and flaps 15 degrees. Noticed that flaps stopped at 10 degrees. Performed a normal go around. Executed flaps trailing edge disagreement checklist; executed an uneventful flaps 15 degree approach and landing using alternate flap procedure. Emergency declared during go around. Normal taxi and parking.
