Narrative:

After pushback; we were informed that the airport had gone from a north operation to a southern one. The runway was changed from runway 18C to runway 36C (in the FMC) with the haray 3 RNAV departure. After departure and just after passing haray intersection; ATC asked us if we were still on the departure; and we said yes. He then asked if we were proceeding direct to bna. Our response was 'yes' and he informed us that zaver should have been our next waypoint. He went further to say that many flts out of clt were doing the same. No traffic conflict was involved. The FMS runway change with no transition included. Bna in this case. This RNAV departure should be called the zaver departure since both transitions share all waypoints to this intersection and then diverge. Bna and vxv.
