Narrative:

Bad weather; low ceilings; at destination airport for refueling. Equipment failure for ILS landing. Ceiling too low to make instrument approaches. Center vectored us to airport with higher ceiling. We were handed off to ZZZ tower with ATC using ASR to get us on the runway safely. It was ATC's skill that put us on the airport runway safely. With the great help from the tower at ZZZ; we were able to refuel and continue our trip.
