Narrative:

Intersecting takeoffs and arrs were being conducted on runway 14L and runway 22R. We were cleared for takeoff on runway 14L and advised traffic 3 mi out for runway 22R. We did not delay the takeoff and began to roll. Right before V1; tower starts talking to us in a very distressed tone. What I could remember was that traffic is now over the numbers and that we have got to get through the intersection now! All I could do was tell everyone in the cockpit to disregard this and continue. What else could we do? Looking out the window we could see the traffic still airborne and approaching the numbers. We were at a very critical stage in the takeoff. I know ATC is trying to pack 10 pounds into a 5 pound sack. Please do not talk to us at a high speed portion of the takeoff. This was very distracting and caused some confusion at the wrong time. Next time I will delay our takeoff until the traffic lands on runway 22R.
