Narrative:

Shortly after takeoff; approximately 400 ft AGL; flight attendant retorted smoke fumes in aft cabin. We declared an emergency with ATC. ATC vectored us for a visual approach for runway xxr. Flight attendant notified us that smoke dissipated on downwind. We completed all applicable QRH procedures and made an overweight landing on runway xxr.
