Narrative:

On captain's rollout we were slowing to taxi speed before runway xxr/yyl to turn right onto taxiway K. Just as tower was telling us to 'exit kilo; hold short runway yyr' the raas warned 'approaching runway xxr (or yyl; I'm not sure because of trying to listen to tower).' had to ask tower to repeat clearance. Tower then switched us to monitor frequency to await crossing instructions. As we approached runway xxl/yyr tower called to tell us to cross the runway. Precisely at that moment; raas warned us of approaching runway xxl/yyr. Again; I had to ask tower to repeat the clearance. This situation is particularly dangerous at ZZZ because of lahso being utilized. This happened to us 6 days ago as well in the same situation. Take raas out of the airplane. It consistently talks over tower instructions either approaching runways or on clearance to takeoff. It is a safety hazard that makes a ground collision far more likely.

Title: A PLT NOTES THAT THE GND RAAS ANNUNCIATIONS ARE EXCESSIVELY LOUD AND INTERFERE WITH TOWER COM.

Narrative: ON CAPT'S ROLLOUT WE WERE SLOWING TO TAXI SPEED BEFORE RWY XXR/YYL TO TURN R ONTO TXWY K. JUST AS TOWER WAS TELLING US TO 'EXIT KILO; HOLD SHORT RWY YYR' THE RAAS WARNED 'APCHING RWY XXR (OR YYL; I'M NOT SURE BECAUSE OF TRYING TO LISTEN TO TWR).' HAD TO ASK TWR TO REPEAT CLRNC. TWR THEN SWITCHED US TO MONITOR FREQ TO AWAIT CROSSING INSTRUCTIONS. AS WE APCHED RWY XXL/YYR TOWER CALLED TO TELL US TO CROSS THE RWY. PRECISELY AT THAT MOMENT; RAAS WARNED US OF APCHING RWY XXL/YYR. AGAIN; I HAD TO ASK TWR TO REPEAT THE CLRNC. THIS SITUATION IS PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS AT ZZZ BECAUSE OF LAHSO BEING UTILIZED. THIS HAPPENED TO US 6 DAYS AGO AS WELL IN THE SAME SITUATION. TAKE RAAS OUT OF THE AIRPLANE. IT CONSISTENTLY TALKS OVER TWR INSTRUCTIONS EITHER APCHING RWYS OR ON CLRNC TO TAKEOFF. IT IS A SAFETY HAZARD THAT MAKES A GND COLLISION FAR MORE LIKELY.
