Narrative:

In cruise flight; the master caution went off. Hydraulic quantity on the #1 side indicated about 25%. I called for the #1 hydraulic isolation valve checklist and we proceeded with the checklist. After completing the checklist and notifying ATC; the flight attendants; and talking to dispatch and maintenance control; we reviewed that we would land with no brakes and antiskid. We notified the station as well as ATC that we would need to be towed off the runway. Prior to commencing the approach; while on the radio with maintenance; the 2 caution lights extinguished and the #1 engine hydraulic pump caution light illuminated. Hydraulic pressure was still full; but beginning to fluctuate. #1 hydraulic quantity was 0. The flight attendants informed us they were ready; and we commenced a visual approach; landing without incident. We came to a complete stop on the runway through use of maximum reverse and the emergency park brake. We were then towed to the gate.
