Narrative:
30 mi west of ZZZ; cockpit lights brightened; then smoke filled cockpit and cockpit lights went out. I ran through the emergency smoke in cockpit checklist; then contacted ATC and declared emergency. We landed at ZZZ without further incident.

Title: BE90 DECLARES EMERGENCY AND LANDS AFTER EXPERIENCING SMOKE FILLED COCKPIT DUE TO MALFUNCTIONING COCKPIT LIGHTING.
Narrative: 30 MI W OF ZZZ; COCKPIT LIGHTS BRIGHTENED; THEN SMOKE FILLED COCKPIT AND COCKPIT LIGHTS WENT OUT. I RAN THROUGH THE EMER SMOKE IN COCKPIT CHKLIST; THEN CONTACTED ATC AND DECLARED EMER. WE LANDED AT ZZZ WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
