Narrative:

I was cleared to FL180. About 10 mins after leveling; ATC said they showed me 200 ft low. I found that I had not reset my altimeter to 29.92; but the reason for the error is the reason for this ASRS submission. I used my pulse oximeter to check my oxygen saturation. It was 72% -- very low. (My oxygen line had disconnected.) I was fortunate that the result of my hypoxia was so benign -- indeed; that I had sufficient mental capacity to recognize and remedy the situation before it got much worse.
