Narrative:

Captain notified purser of hydraulic leak and to prepare for landing using emergency landing checklist but not to inform passenger -- he would make an announcement. He said to expect a long slow descent and approach due to hydraulic problem; but he expected a normal landing. The descent was very long; but we landed normally and the passenger were deplaned at the gate without worry.
