Narrative:

We didn't have a nose gear. Pilots tried manual maneuver without success. We prepared the cabin for planned emergency evacuate/evacuation. Passenger were calm and cooperative. Completed entire checklist and informed the captain. He said we were going to land and hope to jar out nose gear with hard landing. At 250 ft above ground captain said 'brace' over PA system. Everyone did so. Nose gear did come out and we had a smooth landing without further incident. Gear was pinned and we were towed to a gate for deplaning. Supplemental information from acn 392761: when we landed, the maintenance people came on. They informed us a lot of ice came out of the area where the nose gear was.
