On climb at approximately 2500 ft; got equipment cool overheat. Ran checklist and light reappeared at approximately 10000 ft. Ran additional checklist; contacted dispatch and maintenance; and made decision to return to ZZZ. Held at FL240 and dumped fuel. Landed in ZZZ at approximately 318.0 pounds. Turning base leg for runway 19L; got equipment cool overheat again along with no cooling. Note: there was a previous write-up on jun/xa/08. Contacted maintenance and spoke with them at the gate.
