Narrative:
This is in regards to an airspace violation. Recommendations: noted problems that need fixed. Quality assurance appears to be failing at the FAA. Extreme focus on minor details and failure to fix major on-going problems with NAS here at ZOB and ZNY. Poor training and unprofessionalism is also dominant in my opinion. Safety and providing a service to customers does not appear to be a priority at this time in my opinion.

Narrative: THIS IS IN REGARDS TO AN AIRSPACE VIOLATION. RECOMMENDATIONS: NOTED PROBS THAT NEED FIXED. QUALITY ASSURANCE APPEARS TO BE FAILING AT THE FAA.
