Narrative:

On eldee arrival to dca. Given new crossing at druzz intersection for 15000 ft. Switched to potomac approach and recleared to descend via eldee arrival. At altitude captain reset altitude alert to 12000 ft for crossing at pugee. STAR called for crossing at revue at 15000 ft. Briefed crossing at revue in approach briefing. Since druzz so close 7.1 NM to revue confused two points and started down to 12000 ft prior to revue. Queried by ATC just prior to revue about our altitude. Noted our error of descending prior to revue crossed revue approximately 800 ft below 15000 ft crossing altitude. No conflict noted on TCAS or by controller. We reviewed NOTAMS prior to descent and with many changes added to confusion on this arrival. Please reissue arrival with proper crossing to reduce chance of errors.
