Narrative:

Upon parking at the gate the purser made the announcement for the crew to: 'flight attendants prepare doors for arrival' at which point both I and the flight attendant #4 disarmed our doors. My door was 3L and her door was 3R. After this action; we both declared aloud: 'my door disarmed.' with this additional check we made sure our doors were in the disarmed position. Sometime after the passenger exited the plane; service cleaners came on aboard. While the cabin was being svced; I had taken a position near the auxiliary galley when we were informed that a slide deployed.

Title: AFTER DEPLANING PAX; CABIN SERVICE CAME ABOARD THE B757-200; DEPLOYING AN EMER SLIDE.

Narrative: UPON PARKING AT THE GATE THE PURSER MADE THE ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE CREW TO: 'FLT ATTENDANTS PREPARE DOORS FOR ARR' AT WHICH POINT BOTH I AND THE FLT ATTENDANT #4 DISARMED OUR DOORS. MY DOOR WAS 3L AND HER DOOR WAS 3R. AFTER THIS ACTION; WE BOTH DECLARED ALOUD: 'MY DOOR DISARMED.' WITH THIS ADDITIONAL CHK WE MADE SURE OUR DOORS WERE IN THE DISARMED POS. SOMETIME AFTER THE PAX EXITED THE PLANE; SVC CLEANERS CAME ON ABOARD. WHILE THE CABIN WAS BEING SVCED; I HAD TAKEN A POS NEAR THE AUX GALLEY WHEN WE WERE INFORMED THAT A SLIDE DEPLOYED.
