Narrative:
Taxiing for takeoff. East wind (santa ana) blowing! Cleared to runway 7. Reaching runway 7 run-up area -- see wind sock showing west wind -- at least 10-15 KTS. I ask ground what they were showing for wind. They reply 'mid field shows west at 5 KTS.' I decide to taxi back to runway 25. During taxi east on taxiway F; ground offers a departure from taxiway B. I never use a taxiway B departure -- always going to the end of runway 25 -- using the overrun for takeoff. East end windsock still showing an east wind; while midfield sock shows west wind. I turn west at taxiway B to do my run-up and cross the hold short line at taxiway B. Ground calls it to my attention and I do a 180 degree turn back to taxiway F. The hold short lines have been moved -- further away from the runway -- so it is impossible to turn on to taxiway B without crossing the hold line!

Title: BE55 PLT CROSSES RWY HOLD SHORT LINE ON B TXWY AT OXR.
Narrative: TAXIING FOR TKOF. E WIND (SANTA ANA) BLOWING! CLRED TO RWY 7. REACHING RWY 7 RUN-UP AREA -- SEE WIND SOCK SHOWING W WIND -- AT LEAST 10-15 KTS. I ASK GND WHAT THEY WERE SHOWING FOR WIND. THEY REPLY 'MID FIELD SHOWS W AT 5 KTS.' I DECIDE TO TAXI BACK TO RWY 25. DURING TAXI E ON TXWY F; GND OFFERS A DEP FROM TXWY B. I NEVER USE A TXWY B DEP -- ALWAYS GOING TO THE END OF RWY 25 -- USING THE OVERRUN FOR TKOF. E END WINDSOCK STILL SHOWING AN E WIND; WHILE MIDFIELD SOCK SHOWS W WIND. I TURN W AT TXWY B TO DO MY RUN-UP AND CROSS THE HOLD SHORT LINE AT TXWY B. GND CALLS IT TO MY ATTN AND I DO A 180 DEG TURN BACK TO TXWY F. THE HOLD SHORT LINES HAVE BEEN MOVED -- FURTHER AWAY FROM THE RWY -- SO IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN ON TO TXWY B WITHOUT XING THE HOLD LINE!
