At XA07 a CRJ2 departed mem on the mem 7 departure. The assigned route would have the pilot contact departure on the west departure frequency. The pilot contacted east departure. At XA15; a CRJ1 departed mem on the mem 7 departure. The assigned route would have the pilot call the east departure controller; but the pilot contacted west departure. At XA30; a CRJ2 departed on similar routing and also contacted west departure.
