Narrative:
Aborted takeoff at 30 KTS ground speed due to the right engine not spooling up with N1 or EPR. N2 went to 106% and turned red. Tower was notified and we exited right onto taxiway G; stopped the aircraft on taxiway left. We talked to the flight attendants; the passenger; and called dispatch to patch maintenance into a 3-WAY call. He told us to return to the gate because 106% N2 exceeded the N2 limit of 105%. Brake temperatures were reading only 1 and 2 all around; and were monitored back to the gate.
