Narrative:

I was working sector when the radar controller descended a cvg arrival early into the path of a cmh departure; which had a flash-through procedure from the low sector. The cvg arrival was assigned FL260; and the cmh departure was climbing to FL270. I was busy elsewhere at the sector and did not catch the error at the time. ZOB called on a shout line; I picked up; and the controller on the line asked me what I wanted him to do with the cmh departure. While I was analyzing the situation; my radar controller picked up the line and took charge of the situation.
