Narrative:

Aircraft Y northeast bound at FL210 looking for higher. Air carrier X at FL220 needing to descend into sdf. Radar controller cleared air carrier X to cross darby intersection at 11000 ft. Aircraft began descent immediately. Separation lost. Aircraft had both indicated they had each other in sight prior to the clearance and were going away from each other. At the time of the clearance; I was performing radar associate duties that required my attention to be focused away from the radar.
