Narrative:

Climbing through 10000 ft MSL my ears started to pop and we got the cabin altitude warning. We notified ATC and returned back to 10000 ft MSL. At the same time the captain got a call from the #4 flight attendant stating there was a hole in the aircraft by the aft galley door. The captain made the decision to return immediately to ZZZ and I declared the emergency with ATC for the overweight landing. The descent; approach and landing was uneventful.
