Narrative:
Aircraft X was level at 120; nebound while on departure from grk. Aircraft Y was climbing south from pwg on the MARCS8 to sat; and appears to have been mistakenly climbed by another facility to 120. The aircraft converged and both received a TA; the BE20 in climb and the BE9 to climb.
