When exiting runway 4R aircraft must taxi on taxiway fb to taxiway Y (under the departure path; extended centerline for runway 31L). Normal runway exit taxi route is flight attendant to stay clear of departure corridor area. Heavy cargo B747 departing runway 13L barely airborne; B773 told to hold position exiting runway 4R so aircraft do not hit. Standard runway setup at jfk; land runway 13R; land runway 4R and depart runway 13L; non intersecting runways.
