Narrative:

We were given taxi instructions from the alleyway to taxi to runway 19R; to hold short of runway 31 on taxiway G. Normal taxi out occurred to this point. We proceeded as close to the hold short clearance as we could; which essentially put us behind a falcon jet that was on taxiway east. The captain stopped his taxi with the nose of our aircraft edged out onto taxiway east as there wasn't enough room to fully turn onto taxiway east until the falcon moved forward. Ground control told us that our sequence would be behind the falcon; adding that the falcon would be transitioning over to the GA area; and that we were now cleared to cross runway 31 and taxi to runway 19R. Ground then told us to monitor tower. I switched over to tower frequency and we waited for the falcon to continue its taxi so we could move onto taxiway east and proceed to runway 19R. As the falcon moved forward; captain also began to taxi. Because we were on taxiway G about to turn on to taxiway east (this is an angled intersection and difficult for the pilot sitting in the left seat to see); I turned my head to the right to ensure that we were clear to complete the turn onto taxiway east. I noticed the taxi light of a crj and the fact that it was in motion. At first; I thought this aircraft was going to hold for us; but when I realized it was not going to stop (we had started moving by this time); I urgently told captain to stop the aircraft. Because of the angle of our plane; it was impossible for captain to see the crj taxiing until it came into his field of vision several seconds later. The pilot of the crj never hesitated during taxi and I cannot comprehend why this pilot did not stop the taxi as well and call ATC to straighten things out. I was still on tower frequency at this time. As the crj passed in front of us; I was very uncomfortable with the close proximity of our aircraft to the crj. On taxiway east; behind the crj; was a 328 jet which continued its taxi right behind the crj; also never stopping. Because I had been so concerned about the aircraft passing off our right (and stunned that these aircraft had simply continued their taxi when we had encroached onto taxiway east) and concerned that more aircraft were going to be following behind the 328 jet; I radioed tower to present what we had just witnessed and to ask about sequence. In the meantime; captain called ground frequency on the #2 radio and tried to get some answers. I only heard the tail end of his communications with the ground controller.

Title: ACR PILOTS REPORT GROUND CONFLICT WITH TWO OTHER TAXIING ACFT AT TXWYS E AND G AT MKE. CONDITIONS WERE NIGHT VMC WITH SNOW COVERED TXWYS.

Narrative: WE WERE GIVEN TAXI INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE ALLEYWAY TO TAXI TO RWY 19R; TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 31 ON TXWY G. NORMAL TAXI OUT OCCURRED TO THIS POINT. WE PROCEEDED AS CLOSE TO THE HOLD SHORT CLRNC AS WE COULD; WHICH ESSENTIALLY PUT US BEHIND A FALCON JET THAT WAS ON TXWY E. THE CAPT STOPPED HIS TAXI WITH THE NOSE OF OUR ACFT EDGED OUT ONTO TXWY E AS THERE WASN'T ENOUGH ROOM TO FULLY TURN ONTO TXWY E UNTIL THE FALCON MOVED FORWARD. GND CTL TOLD US THAT OUR SEQUENCE WOULD BE BEHIND THE FALCON; ADDING THAT THE FALCON WOULD BE TRANSITIONING OVER TO THE GA AREA; AND THAT WE WERE NOW CLRED TO CROSS RWY 31 AND TAXI TO RWY 19R. GND THEN TOLD US TO MONITOR TWR. I SWITCHED OVER TO TWR FREQ AND WE WAITED FOR THE FALCON TO CONTINUE ITS TAXI SO WE COULD MOVE ONTO TXWY E AND PROCEED TO RWY 19R. AS THE FALCON MOVED FORWARD; CAPT ALSO BEGAN TO TAXI. BECAUSE WE WERE ON TXWY G ABOUT TO TURN ON TO TXWY E (THIS IS AN ANGLED INTXN AND DIFFICULT FOR THE PLT SITTING IN THE L SEAT TO SEE); I TURNED MY HEAD TO THE R TO ENSURE THAT WE WERE CLR TO COMPLETE THE TURN ONTO TXWY E. I NOTICED THE TAXI LIGHT OF A CRJ AND THE FACT THAT IT WAS IN MOTION. AT FIRST; I THOUGHT THIS ACFT WAS GOING TO HOLD FOR US; BUT WHEN I REALIZED IT WAS NOT GOING TO STOP (WE HAD STARTED MOVING BY THIS TIME); I URGENTLY TOLD CAPT TO STOP THE ACFT. BECAUSE OF THE ANGLE OF OUR PLANE; IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR CAPT TO SEE THE CRJ TAXIING UNTIL IT CAME INTO HIS FIELD OF VISION SEVERAL SECONDS LATER. THE PLT OF THE CRJ NEVER HESITATED DURING TAXI AND I CANNOT COMPREHEND WHY THIS PLT DID NOT STOP THE TAXI AS WELL AND CALL ATC TO STRAIGHTEN THINGS OUT. I WAS STILL ON TWR FREQ AT THIS TIME. AS THE CRJ PASSED IN FRONT OF US; I WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE CLOSE PROX OF OUR ACFT TO THE CRJ. ON TXWY E; BEHIND THE CRJ; WAS A 328 JET WHICH CONTINUED ITS TAXI RIGHT BEHIND THE CRJ; ALSO NEVER STOPPING. BECAUSE I HAD BEEN SO CONCERNED ABOUT THE ACFT PASSING OFF OUR R (AND STUNNED THAT THESE ACFT HAD SIMPLY CONTINUED THEIR TAXI WHEN WE HAD ENCROACHED ONTO TXWY E) AND CONCERNED THAT MORE ACFT WERE GOING TO BE FOLLOWING BEHIND THE 328 JET; I RADIOED TWR TO PRESENT WHAT WE HAD JUST WITNESSED AND TO ASK ABOUT SEQUENCE. IN THE MEANTIME; CAPT CALLED GND FREQ ON THE #2 RADIO AND TRIED TO GET SOME ANSWERS. I ONLY HEARD THE TAIL END OF HIS COMS WITH THE GND CTLR.
