Narrative:
Aircraft #2 was en route on the arrival to cvg at FL320. Aircraft #1 was climbing to FL330. I thought aircraft #1 was going to vxu VOR then to cae; however; aircraft was flight planned to turn to cae after loz VOR. I did not catch the turn in time.

Title: ZID CTLR EXPERIENCED OPERROR AT FL320 WHEN FAILING TO REALIZE ROUTING OF TWO CONFLICTING ACR'S; ISSUED CORRECTIVE ACTION TOO LATE.
Narrative: ACFT #2 WAS ENRTE ON THE ARR TO CVG AT FL320. ACFT #1 WAS CLBING TO FL330. I THOUGHT ACFT #1 WAS GOING TO VXU VOR THEN TO CAE; HOWEVER; ACFT WAS FLT PLANNED TO TURN TO CAE AFTER LOZ VOR. I DID NOT CATCH THE TURN IN TIME.
