Got same 'gear disagree' master warning. Extended landing gear; declared an emergency and requested landing in ZZZ. Vectored for approach. Ran climb and in-range checklists. Reached for book to get maintenance frequency. At that time got 'anti-ice duct' overheat master warning message. QRH commanded; 'leave icing conditions immediately.' ATC offered a hold. Declined hold per QRH and elected to land. Vectored to runway. Sent at least 2 ACARS messages to X. Broke out at 600 ft on ILS. Landed at 65K and change; used 66K landing numbers. Wrote up aircraft. Mechanic told first officer; 'I'm sorry; it was my fault; I got in a hurry.' port gear pin was still installed. Pushback crew failed to see it during pushback. Maintenance program to log gear pin installations to be scrupulously adhered to. Pushback crew should be alert for open doors and red flags upon pushback.
