Narrative:

Aircraft cleared for takeoff on runway 19R. Aircraft lifted off approximately 4000 ft from approach end of runway. Immediately after lift-off; tower control announced; 'stay low;' followed by 'stay low; aircraft departing runway 25R.' PIC in left seat looked left to observe a regional jet at 10 O'clock position; just lifting off runway 25R. PIC leveled aircraft at approximately 300 ft; while aircraft departing runway 25R continued to climb. At leveloff; egpws announced 'sink rate.' PIC continued to monitor conflict aircraft's position. As our aircraft crossed extended centerline of runway 25R; conflict aircraft was at 9 O'clock position; approximately 1 mi; and above our altitude. Controller announced for us to continue climb when past extended centerline of runway 25. Climb was commenced; controller stated; 'thank you for your help; climb to 5000 ft;' then directed frequency change to departure control. We resumed departure without further incident or comment from ATC.

PIC IN L SEAT LOOKED L TO OBSERVE A REGIONAL JET AT 10 O'CLOCK POS; JUST LIFTING OFF RWY 25R. PIC LEVELED ACFT AT APPROX 300 FT; WHILE ACFT DEPARTING RWY 25R CONTINUED TO CLB. AT LEVELOFF; EGPWS ANNOUNCED 'SINK RATE.' PIC CONTINUED TO MONITOR CONFLICT ACFT'S POS. AS OUR ACFT CROSSED EXTENDED CTRLINE OF RWY 25R; CONFLICT ACFT WAS AT 9 O'CLOCK POS; APPROX 1 MI; AND ABOVE OUR ALT. CTLR ANNOUNCED FOR US TO CONTINUE CLB WHEN PAST EXTENDED CTRLINE OF RWY 25. CLB WAS COMMENCED; CTLR STATED; 'THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP; CLB TO 5000 FT;' THEN DIRECTED FREQ CHANGE TO DEP CTL. WE RESUMED DEP WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT OR COMMENT FROM ATC.
