Narrative:

The incident took place at ZZZ. Aircraft was cleared for the approach for runway xx. Winds were 360 degrees at 10 KTS; visibility was 10 mi. Before final approach; all before landing checks had been completed. Upon touchdown; the thrust reversers failed to deploy. I applied maximum braking. The copilot assisted me with brake application. With all that effort the aircraft still departed off the end of the runway. There were no injuries to the passenger or damages to the aircraft and no damages to the runway.
