1) documentation on write-up form on aircraft X has been altered on numerous cards after the mechanic and inspector completed their signoffs (maintenance manual reference added after the fact). 2) repaired parts for aircraft X brought back through receiving inspection without meeting requirements in repair station quality repair manual section Y per management instructions to only look for certificate number. 3) parts being purchased/repaired without customer permission and approved vendors. 4) parts being put on aircraft X without going through receiving inspection. Chief inspector told about issue 4 months ago and said that's production's problem.

Narrative: 1) DOCUMENTATION ON WRITE-UP FORM ON ACFT X HAS BEEN ALTERED ON NUMEROUS CARDS AFTER THE MECH AND INSPECTOR COMPLETED THEIR SIGNOFFS (MAINT MANUAL REF ADDED AFTER THE FACT). 2) REPAIRED PARTS FOR ACFT X BROUGHT BACK THROUGH RECEIVING INSPECTION WITHOUT MEETING REQUIREMENTS IN REPAIR STATION QUALITY REPAIR MANUAL SECTION Y PER MGMNT INSTRUCTIONS TO ONLY LOOK FOR CERTIFICATE NUMBER. 3) PARTS BEING PURCHASED/REPAIRED WITHOUT CUSTOMER PERMISSION AND APPROVED VENDORS. 4) PARTS BEING PUT ON ACFT X WITHOUT GOING THROUGH RECEIVING INSPECTION. CHIEF INSPECTOR TOLD ABOUT ISSUE 4 MONTHS AGO AND SAID THAT'S PRODUCTION'S PROB.
