Parts being purchased from XXX on surplus market without meeting air carrier procedures manual requirements of having a form 1 XXX was not listed as a surplus supplier under air carrier's inventory system. Parts still being received as surplus parts from XXX without procedures manual required for 1 although XXX is now put into system; their accreditation date has expired which would still require form 1. Qa management has given directive to accept parts with no form 1 with accreditation date expired.

Narrative: PARTS BEING PURCHASED FROM XXX ON SURPLUS MARKET WITHOUT MEETING ACR PROCS MANUAL REQUIREMENTS OF HAVING A FORM 1 XXX WAS NOT LISTED AS A SURPLUS SUPPLIER UNDER ACR'S INVENTORY SYS. PARTS STILL BEING RECEIVED AS SURPLUS PARTS FROM XXX WITHOUT PROCS MANUAL REQUIRED FOR 1 ALTHOUGH XXX IS NOW PUT INTO SYS; THEIR ACCREDITATION DATE HAS EXPIRED WHICH WOULD STILL REQUIRE FORM 1. QA MGMNT HAS GIVEN DIRECTIVE TO ACCEPT PARTS WITH NO FORM 1 WITH ACCREDITATION DATE EXPIRED.
